Cancellation policy and cool-off period
If you cancel your appointment up until 48 business hours before your appointment time, fees are fully refundable. If you cancel within 48 business hours of your appointment, fees are non-refundable.
If you are booking your appointment as part of a care plan, please let your coordinator know at least 48 hours before the appointment if you'd like to cancel. Failure to let us know more than 48 hours before your appointment – or missing your appointment completely – will incur a £100 fee. This covers the cost of the doctor’s time.
Rearrangement policy
If you rearrange less than 48 business hours before your appointment – or if you’re late or fail to turn up to your appointment – we won’t be able to refund you.
If the patient is late or does not attend their appointment, fees are non-refundable.

Ongoing care policy
If it has been longer than twelve calendar months since your last appointment with us and you are not on a care plan with us, you will need to book a new patient appointment. This is because should such time elapse, a more detailed consultation is often required. In this instance feel free to book with a doctor that you did not see originally.
