I am an experienced menopause doctor and worked in the NHS for 14 years before specialising exclusively in female hormonal health. I qualified as a GP in 2016 and have also undertaken further training in gynaecology, sexual health, psychiatry, breast health, and lifestyle medicine (including plant-based nutrition). I am co-author of “The Complete Guide to POI & Early Menopause” (Sheldon Press, 2022)
I live in Norfolk, with my husband and two cats, and love being in nature. I enjoy yoga, hiking and running, and have recently discovered the joy of bouldering! I am also a book lover, and drink copious amounts of tea.
