Our plans are flexible but work on three monthly rolling payment cycles. When patients choose to book a follow up consultation, payments will be requested for a further three months as the cost of every consultation is spread over three months.

Online Clinic Policy:

Should you choose to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide us with 48 business hours notice. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

If you cancel with more than 48 business hours notice you will receive a full refund back to your payment card.

(Please note this is automatic and can take 10 days processing time by the credit card company.)

If you cancel, rearrange your appointment or do not show for your appointment with less than 48 business hours notice, the fees are non refundable regardless of reason.

Face to Face Appointments:

There is a £25 rearrangement fee should you choose to cancel or rearrange your appointment, with more than 48 BUSINESS hours notice. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

If you think you cannot make it to the clinic but could see someone online, we can switch your appointment to an online one at no charge by contacting info@menopausecare.co.uk

Your payments run on a monthly rolling basis, giving you ongoing access to care, support, and treatment every month.

As long as you’re benefiting from your plan—whether it’s clinician support, or expert-guided treatment—your subscription continues each month.

You can cancel anytime through your portal or by contacting us at info@menopausecare.co.uk. If you have outstanding payments to cover any appointments or prescriptions within a 3 month cycle, they will carry on being taken via direct debit until costs are covered.

As part of your care you may need a blood test. This may be recommended by your doctor after your first appointment to rule out other causes of menopause symptoms. Personalised plan members get 50% off tests at Randox or Goodbody clinics.
