I am a GP and menopause specialist with extensive experience providing community NHS menopause clinics. I completed my specialist menopause training at Guy’s Hospital, London Bridge, a renowned tertiary service for women with complex medical histories. I have also worked with the GSTT staff menopause clinic. My special interests include premature ovarian insufficiency, hormonal headaches, osteoporosis, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). Witnessing the struggles women face in accessing quality menopause support inspired me to become a menopause expert. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, playing netball, meeting up with friends and reading.

After your appointment, you will receive a detailed clinic letter that can be shared with your GP. You can choose to access any recommended blood tests and prescriptions with us or via your GP. Up to £90 of your prescription is covered in the all-in-one plan over the course of 3 months. Some treatment plans may exceed £90, and in those cases, you will be charged the excess. However, £90 covers most prescriptions our patients receive, as the average prescription is worth £81. Your medication will then be delivered by the next working day.

We recommend regular follow-up appointments with the same specialist after starting treatment in order to review progress, discuss test results where relevant, and adjust your care as needed, including discussing testosterone options.
