• Yes, absolutely. Many women want only the care from our experts. The letter you get after your appointment will help you get HRT through the NHS.
• It’s worth noting that testosterone can not always be accessed on the NHS. Many women have their testosterone prescription delivered by us, but receive their HRT through the NHS.

• The blood tests included in our plan are those which your doctor recommends.
• These may be hormone checks if you are on medication but still experiencing symptoms.
• In general, hormone diagnosis is usually based on symptoms. However, blood tests can be useful to exclude other underlying issues and support ongoing treatment.

• The only blood tests included in the plan are those which your doctor recommends.

• There is a 3 month minimum commitment to cover the cost of the initial appointment.
• Afterwards, you can cancel any time

No, the plan does not include scans. If you need scans, we can direct you to local services.

• 4 on the 4x appointment plan per year
• 2 on the 2x appointment plan per year
• If you need additional appointments please contact your care coordinator who will support you.

• In general, your letter from your first appointment will suggest how many appointments you need.
• If your doctor has recommended a follow up in 3 months, then we suggest the 4 appointment plan.
• If your doctor has recommended a follow up in 6, 9, or 12 months, we suggest the 2 appointment plan.
