How does Menopause Care work?

Prices:
£179 for a Doctor consultation (45 mins)
£99 for a Nurse consultation (45 mins)

All of our clinicians cover general menopause symptoms, so you are in experienced hands whoever you choose. However, if you have a pre-existing condition that affects your care such as endometriosis, PMDD, cancer, ADHD, or thyroid issues, you can choose a specific clinician with expertise in your area.

We offer next day availability for an appointment online or in-person in one of our clinics across the UK. We have more availability online and there is no difference between what is or can be covered within an online or in-person consultation.

Meet your specialist

An initial consultation lasts 45 minutes, so you will have plenty of time to discuss how you are feeling.

Whether you are completely new to (peri)menopause or have been on treatment for years, our clinicians make the consultation bespoke to your needs. Our specialists will work with you to:

Understand your concerns and explain the 'why' behind your symptoms

Review any existing test results, scans and medication

Discuss any relevant medical history or pre-existing conditions

Empower you to make the right choice for your care, on your terms

Prescribe any necessary medication or blood tests

Access prescriptions and tests

Prices:
£10 per month for HRT
£7 - £30 per month for testosterone replacement

After your initial consultation, you will receive a detailed clinic letter that can be shared with your GP. You can choose to access any recommended tests and prescriptions with us or via your GP. If you choose us, our admin team are on hand to book your blood tests and fulfil your prescription so it is delivered to your door within 2 days. Your clinic letter will cover:

What was discussed in your session and the recommended care

Blood tests if recommended by your doctor

HRT if prescribed by your doctor

Other medication if prescribed your your doctor

Feel better with ongoing support

From £39 as a monthly plan which includes 2 follow-up appointments (30 mins) a year or

£225 for single follow-up appointment
We typically recommend a follow-up appointment every 3-6 months after starting treatment in order to review progress, discuss test results where relevant, and adjust your care as needed.

Our monthly care plans reduce and spread out the cost of on-going care with us. These plans include:

2-4 Follow-up appointments with the same doctor per year

Unlimited coaching sessions with our menopause mentor

A personal care coordinator to answer questions and organise your care

50% off blood tests

Support groups and relevant webinars

HRT and/or testosterone medication (optional to add in)

Menopause Coaching

It can be easy to feel isolated when you’re experiencing some of the more challenging menopausal symptoms. Learn how to navigate this phase and get the support you need with trained Menopause Coach, Jane James.

Jane offers a one off £45 session, or two free 30 min sessions after your first consultation with Menopause Care.
