Get to know me

I completed my nurse training in Scotland in the mid nineties before going on to work as a trained nurse offshore and in Australia for many years. I trained in Family Planning and Sexual Health in 2007 and worked as a Nurse Counsellor within a large womens healthcare service in Melbourne before returning to the UK where I practised as a specialist CASH nurse. ( Contraception and Sexual Health ) For the last few years I have worked as a senior nurse in the menopause speciality delivering consultations online and as a lead nurse for written content on all things menopause. I have written extensively about the menopause and I was published in 2024 in the Journal of Practice Nursing.( “ Vaginal Changes during the Menopause:Cause, symptoms and treatment combination options”. )

Nurse Plan
£49 per month

Our all-in-one plans cover appointments, medication, and on-going support. They reduce and spread the cost of your on-going care with no hidden fees.

Start your plan with a specialist of your choosing, or take our symptom assessment which will ask you a few questions about your symptoms and medical history to help match you with the right specialist and care plan.

Your care plan will start after you have booked and paid your first appointment.
