Blood test request

You will receive a blood test recommendation from your doctor via your clinic letter. Not all patients need blood tests. If your doctor has recommended you a blood test, you can request one here.

Prescription request

Note, we can only offer prescriptions for 1-2 months outside of consultations. If you require longer prescriptions, you will need to book into your follow up.
