Lenzetto is a form of oestrogen replacement therapy used as part of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). It is a transdermal spray, meaning it delivers oestrogen through the skin, rather than being taken orally.

How and where to use Lenzetto?

Apply directly to skin on the inner forearm or inner thigh
Choose clean, dry, and unbroken skin. Do not apply to the face, breasts and genitals.

Press the pump once
This applies a single measured dose of the spray.

Allow the spray to dry completely
Make sure you are completely dry before putting on your clothes.

Do not apply any other products
Do not wash or apply lotions, creams, or sunscreen for at least 1 hour after application.

Common side effects of Lenzetto can include:
- Breast tenderness
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Bloating
- Changes in mood
- Skin irritation at the application site
Less Common Side Effects of Lenzetto are:
- Dizziness
- Fluid retention
- Leg cramps
- Changes in libido

Provides 1.53mg of estradiol. This is considered a very low dose.
Applied daily
Provides 3.06mg of estradiol. This is considered a low dose.
Applied daily
Provides 4.59mg of estradiol. This is considered a standard dose.
Applied daily
Provides 6.12 to 7.65mg estradiol. This is considered a moderate dose.
Applied daily
Provides 9.18mg estradiol. This is considered a high dose.
